Customer Reviews
Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered the Burgen Whisky and was quite pleased with the product itself. The quality felt premium, as expected from an older distillery. The packaging was secure, no issues there. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially for an online store. Customer service responded quickly to my shipping inquiry, though. Overall, a solid purchase, just wish the shipping was a tad faster.
Quality products, decent service
I purchased the Alter Marillenbrand and was very satisfied with the taste and quality. The bottle arrived well-protected in the mail. Shipping was standard, not super fast but not slow either, it took 7 days to get to my home in California. I had a quick question about storage, and their customer service replied to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. The prices seem fair for the quality of the spirits. It's a reliable place to get good German brandies.
Amazing tasting set!
I finally got my hands on the Schlitzer Whisky Tasting Set and it's incredible! Each one was distinct and delicious. The presentation of the set itself was really nice too. I can't wait to try more of their spirits. This distillery really knows what they're doing. I will absolutely be back to buy full bottles of my favorites!
Easy to order, nice gift
My friend told me about Schlitzer and I decided to get a gift set for my dad for Father's Day. It was really easy to find what I wanted on their site, and the checkout was straightforward. He loved the Miniatur Flaschen set, said it was a cool way to try a few things. The package arrived in about a week, which was perfectly fine. Felt like a good experience all around, would definitely order again for gifts.

Share tips, ask questions & help fellow shoppers save more
Are their tasting sets ever included in sales? I want to try a few things but don't want to pay full price if I don't have to.
Is Schlitzer whisky actually good? Like, compared to other German brands like Slyrs or Ziegler?
what's their return policy like? if I order something and don't like it, can I send it back?
Do they have a specific Black Friday sale? Or is it just general holiday discounts?
Do they ever do free shipping? Or is it always a set fee?
