Good quality, delivery could improve
I ordered the Burgen Whisky and was quite pleased with the product itself. The quality felt premium, as expected from an older distillery. The packaging was secure, no issues there. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially for an online store. Customer service responded quickly to my shipping inquiry, though. Overall, a solid purchase, just wish the shipping was a tad faster.
Quality products, decent service
I purchased the Alter Marillenbrand and was very satisfied with the taste and quality. The bottle arrived well-protected in the mail. Shipping was standard, not super fast but not slow either, it took 7 days to get to my home in California.
